Canadian Commission finds that blessings are a matter of doctrine

The Primate's Theological Commission of the Anglican Church of Canada has concluded that the blessings of same-sex unions is "a matter of doctrine," thereby giving General Synod, not diocesan synods and bishops the final authority to decide on whether they should be allowed in parishes or not.
